5th Grade Pali Camp Trip

*THIS EVENT IS FOR 5th GRADE STUDENTS ONLY*

PALI CAMP DETAILS:

Dates: May 13-15, 2026

Cost of trip: $55,000 – about $550 per student

(cost includes: lodging, meals, transportation, and sweatshirt)

Transportation – LAUSD approved charter bus with TVs and DVD players

Location – Running Springs, CA (about 2 .5 hours away)

Sample Activities – Initiatives, Ropes Courses, Engineering, Night Hike, Team Building Activities, Orienteering, Art in Nature

Meals – Three balanced meals a day

*It the value of charges does NOT meet the cost of the trip, the trip will be CANCELED and refunds will be give. *$20 credit card fees are NON-refundable.*

PALI CAMP DETAILS:

-1st payment due by Fri, Oct 31, 2025 in the amount of $275
– 2nd payment due by Wed, Dec 11, 2025 in the amount of $275
-OR pay in full $550 

Payment Options are as follows:
1) Cash: please email Jinny at treasurer@pathtoCastlebay.com or Nadine at president@pathtoCastlebay.com to coordinate cash payments
2) Check: payable to PATH or Castlebay and include your child’s name and reference “Pali Camp” on the memo line. Place check into envelope and label  “Pali Camp 2026-Child’s Name-Teacher Name” and leave in PATH box in the front office.
3) Money Order
4) Cashiers Check
5) Credit Card but there will be a $20 NON-refundable processing fee.

If you selected One Time Donation Charge, you will pay in full. $550 for PALI camp and $20 NON-Refundable processing fee for $570 in total.

If you selected Payment Donation Charge, you will pay a deposit now and the balance by Dec 11, 2025. $285 half of amount and $285 half of amount $570 Total. OR Donate towards another student.
